According to the forest headquarters of the special circumstances of emergency communications, we built a communications network which was a combination of satellite network and terrestrial network . As a forest fire emergency communication command platform, there were four types of required transmission business,such as,the fire of real-time video image, video conferencing, real-time voice communications and a variety of shared data resources. Because of emergency communications vehicles often worked on the place which the ground communication network coveraged nothing, Satellite communication systems had became an important means of emergency communications truck and a command center to set up communication links between the Express. Via the satellite, they could get real-time voice and data transmission and ensured the network smoothly when the live video conferences and the visiting carried on.At the same time, the use of special network with other staff at the scene of voice contacted.
